Territory Sponsorship Terms & Disclaimer

A Terraly Territory Partner position is a paid promotional placement within the Terraly platform. It does not grant ownership, sovereign control, exclusive operating rights, or municipal accreditation over any geographic area, municipality, or real estate market.
1. Advertising Placement Scope
Territory sponsorships provide enhanced visual branding, prioritized discovery positioning on the 3D globe, and direct inquiry routing. Placements are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions via Stripe.
2. Slot Availability & Exclusivity
City Partner slots are limited strictly to one (1) verified brokerage per municipality. Premium tiers are capped at three (3) agencies. Placements are held continuously upon timely renewal of the subscription.
3. Cancellation & Renewal
Agencies may cancel their territory sponsorship at any time through their Agency Dashboard. Placements remain active through the conclusion of the paid billing cycle, after which the slot becomes publicly available on the marketplace.
